أنا لم أقصد النفى أو الاثبات ولكنى قصدت توضيح الفرق بين الكلمتين
و بالرغم من ذلك فعند تكوين السؤال المزيل للجملتين سنجده مختلفا فى الجملتين

وهذا يعنى انهما مختلفان فى المعنى فقط ولكنهما ليسا متضادين( فكلاهما قليل) كما فهم مما سبق
1 a few some, or a small number of something:
I need to get a few things in town.
There are a few cakes left over from the party.
We've been having a few problems with the new computer.
If you can't fit all the cases in your car, I can take a few in mine.
"How many potatoes do you want?" "Oh, just a few, please."
NOTE: a few is used with countable nouns. Compare little (small
)

few (NOT MANY) /fju:/ determiner, pronoun, noun, adjective
a small number, not many or not enough:
