Dear Mr. Essam El-Gaweesh,

I hope you`re at your best,

Straight to the point, I once did something like this, a summer course to be exact, and I gave out two booklets, but these were language school 3rd prep students:
1. Everyday situations + vocabulary
The everyday situations starting from greetings, attracting attention, introducing yourself or others, and the usual communication skills we teach starting from 3rd prep through secondary levels.
The vocabulary included the basics of the language (with stress on the specific field of the applicant – banking, tourism, accounting, etc.): the family, daily routine, the house where we live, jobs, office, physical description, verbs of movement and action, clothes, time, colours, fruit and vegetables, money, at the shops, cooking, sports, hobbies, entertainment, animals and birds, numbers, shapes, dates, seasons, weather, space, countries, computers and the Internet, feelings, etc.

There`s a Longman Picture Dictionary that`s English – Arabic available at the Cairo Book Fair at a publisher called Sphinx or أبو الهول للنشر which is usually somewhere near Dar-el-Ma`aref. Last year I bought it for 40 pounds and it won`t be much more expensive this year. It`s a terrific book dividing all topics into units and supported with pictures for every word given, even for feelings of sadness, worry, etc.
At Utopia, another publisher, in Italia Hall, you`ll find Express Picture Dictionary with 3 cassette tapes and a CD. I bought this one for my kids 5 years ago, but they are much more expensive than Longman`s. I think at that time the book was about 40 pounds and the tapes were 12 pounds each. This one is English, no Arabic. But it is worthwhile buying it. The publisher Express Publishing is one of the best and most prolific in Britain at the moment.

2. Reading + Grammar + Language Development + Writing
The reading was selected short simple comprehension passages
The Grammar included the basic tenses, irregular verb list, making and answering questions, prepositions, relative pronouns, modal verbs, etc.
The Language Development included homophones, confusing words, word formation, compound nouns, plurals, opposites, idioms, linking words, pronunciation, spelling,
The Writing included describing a person, describing a place, writing a story, a letter, an e-mail, etc.

Hope this will be beneficial to you and everyone.

Unfortunately all this is not available on my computer, or I would have passed it to you.

Best Regards
