Firstly the verb (feel) can,t by no means be followed by prepositions so the idea is not to add a preposition or not. secondly, (panic) is a noun and the verb (feel ) must be followed by an adjective and the adjective derived from this verb is (panicky) so the thing to seek is what the fourth choice is. I see that the sentence is incompatible with the meaning this way.
adj. 1. Of, relating to, or resulting from sudden, overwhelming terror: panic flight.
2. Of or resulting from a financial panic: panic selling of securities.
3. often Panic Mythology Of or relating to Pan.
