I think The exam is wonderful and I appreciate our colleague who designed the exam for the following reasons:

1. It is not a traditional exam.
2. It may produce creative generations who do their best to get knowledge.
3. .I think our great scientists like Prof. Ahmed Zewail Professor Magdi Ya'acoub , Prof Mustafa Al-Sayed didn't get fulmarks in GCE.
4. It teaches Ss self-dependence.
5. It encourages Ss to vary their sources of knowledge (books/web sites/teachers & Ss themselves)
6. We should keep in mind that I & you as teachers of English didn't get full marks in English when we were in the same stage as we had exams that had the same level of creativity.
7. Teachers are going to have the chance to modernize , modify , multiply , exchange and share knowledge and experience.
This is my point of view

First of all I'd like to express my admiration .I tottally agree with you.
but
where is that educational system that helps create such generations?
I 've wanted to evaluate the present situation not what we're looking for?
