I can't attach the file to a new post and i can't put the file by dragging it. how can I do it? It is WORD extension Docx. thank you.

First of all , save the file as an image file
[if You don't know how , You can press print screen - while the printer is off (if You are using one ) -then You can launch any drawing program, like PAINT and in a new file use past , You will get the clipped screen , the latest display ]
Or if you know how to convert a selected text to an image You'll save it . Then throuh this widow - after writting what You want - You w'll use
"إرفاق ملف فى المشاركة "It means attaching a file
Just below this window in additional options " فى خيارات إضافية "
Following the instructions You w'll get your image file appearing in your contribution
