both is the correct answer because of the comparative older which is used commonly in the affirmative

you (said commonly used with the affirmative sentences) but there is some exceptions when we want to express the opinion directly so we can use the negative with the comparative form. It is better to use this form (isn't as old as) but the other form is ok
