Choose the correct answer, question no. 2 reads:
His coat was made of a [synthetic/ sinster/ solar/ satellite] material. The supposed answer is [synthetic]. This word has never appeared in 2nd secondary. It was taken from third secondary old syllabus, workbook. could quote the page iif you like.

Choose the correct answer, questions no 10 & 11:
The supposed answers are [bilingual] & [superstition] which, again, were from 3rd year as well. I repeat: THIRD YEAR OLD SYLLABUS!

Find the mistake question 5, reads:
When he left school, he applies to join the army.
The supposed answer is:
When he left school, he applied to join the army.

The students are supposed to spot one mistake here. However, this sentence is from the old syllabus as well. It appeared in the workbook and it was silly. How can any one leave school and join the army? To some students when you finish school, you join university. The sentence under discussion used to be explained in the old syllabus. But in the new syllabus it is misleading.

Story, the quotation:
The question reads:
"Business in the town would lose money. Everyone would be furious, Ayman wished he had never started this."
Who said this? To whom?

This is a very critical question and technically wrong. If we break that question to parts, the mistakes apear:
"Business in the town would lose money. Everyone would be furious" These words were said by uncle Walid to Ayman in the story.
However, uncle Walid didn't say the following words: "Ayman wished he had never started this". Actually this is part of the story narrated by the writer himself.
The question asked "Who said these words and to whom". You can never expect the answer to be: It was said by the writer to the readers. This is not an audiobook. And the writer wasn't speaking to the readers. I am actually anxious to see the model answer. If the model answer states that these words were said by the narrator to the readers it would be ridiculous and illogical. In this sense, any quotation from the story, would be quoted as "The narrator was talking to the readers", which is wrong and untrue.
