Job Title:

Customer Service Officer (South & North Upper Egypt).


De******ion:

*- Serve all incoming branch customers and ensure all requests, inquiries
are processed on time

*- Proactively sell retail bank products to potential customers whether walk in or outside branch premises

*- Issues required business reports showing personal performance

*- Reports to customer service supervisor / head of customer service


Qualifications:

*- B.sc of Accounting, business administration or *****alent

*- Good command of English language ( written & spoken ).

*- Good communication skills

*- Sufficient Knowledge of Microsoft office application

*- Ability to Handle banking computer applications

*- Team player

*- Able to work under stress
