NOTE :
Concerning time allotted to present each step of the lesson plan ,the teacher is the master in his classroom and he has to adapt the timing of the period according to his students standard and he has to be frank in answering such a kind of question . He should minimize his role as a speaker all the time to let his students be the speakers mostly ,gradually while the period time is passing.
