I will answer about your First question. How use all activities .
First try to divide your activities for 3 steps 1-pre lesson 2 During Lesson 3 after lesson
pre lesson activities are important to see what is the weak points for students and try to away from repeated points
and during activities that make students active with you and they will help you in understanding lesson
and in this time try to use students in pairs or groups
Finally post activities to make some kind of assessment to make sure that understand lesson and you achieve your goals .
Second Question manage your class if you mean to manage students that is very easy try to be active with students and focus with them and avoid and words that are not important and try to be careful with your responds for their comments
