لية could فى الجملة الاولى لانها تعبر عن حالة الاحتمال Possibility

Possibility الاحتمال

? للتعبير عن الاحتمال نستخدم can / could + inf.
Ÿ Some cars can use electricity. (This is possible)
Ÿ We could ban cars from cities. (This would be possible if we wanted to)
Ÿ He can't be Egyptian – he doesn't speak Arabic. (This is not possible)
اما الجملة الثانية should لانها تعبر عن نصيحة
