عند فتح الملفات يقول هناك خطأ في الملف الاول والثاني ما الحل لو سمحت ؟؟؟

غريبة الملفات تم تحميلها اكتر من 160 مرة تقريبا ودى اول شكوى
ممكن تكون الكرباء قطعت اثناء التحميل؟
دة بيسبب مشاكل وتلف للملفات وعدم قابلية لفك الضغط
