[ما الفرق بين هاتين الجملتين

1- He was killed by a heavy stone

2- He was killed with a heavy stone]

he was killed by a heavy stone . it has two meanings 1st he was killed near a heavy ston . 2nd the means of killing is a heavy stone and the second sentence has that very meaning. good luck.

1 بمعنى انه قتل on purpose
2 بمعنى انه قتل free

i think the first means by a chance it means that the heavy stone fell by a chance on his head
the second means the stone was thrown by some one on him with intention to do that
