can we put the verb *stopped* into passive ????????
to be : was stopped??????

اولا الحل

the controller speak to the flight leader whose compass stopped


ثانيا فى هذه الجمله البوصله توقفت وحدها ولم يوقفها احد وبالتالى لا يمكن ان نضع الفعل فى المبنى للمجهول

اما فى مثال اخر
للتوضيح
I saw theman. Someone stole his car
I saw the man whose car was stolen
لان السياره لم تقم بالسرقه ولكن وقع عليها الفعل فكان يجب ان تبنى للمجهول

ثانيا فى هذه الجمله البوصله توقفت وحدها ولم يوقفها احد وبالتالى لا يمكن ان نضع الفعل فى المبنى للمجهول

اما فى مثال اخر
