Both afford and provide are correct
و ان كان teacher`s guide اجاب ب provide وعلى العموم ان ارسلت بوست لمحرر صفحة longman ومنتظر رده ودليل المعلم ليس كتاب مقدس ولاننسى امتحان المستوى الرفيع 2011 لما دليل التفويم وضع اجابه ل only when وكانت خطأ نبهنا عليه ولاحظنا فى الامتحان الحل الصحيح
ويمكن الرجوع الى القاموس الجبار Merriam Webster `s Advanced leaner`s dictionary
