Verbs that Take ing /to+inf

Begin/start/continue/bother/intend/propose
People began to leave /began leaving the theatre.
Ali didn't bother to do/ bother doing the washing-up.
Note that there is no difference in meaning
A Remember/Forget
I must remember to post this letter today. It's important/ I can remember posting the letter . I posted it on Friday
The clothes are still dirty as I forgot to switch on the machine/I'll never forget flying over the Grand Canyo
Note We use remember to/forget to for necessary actions .the remembering is before the action
Remmber+ ing / Forget ing for memories The action is before the remembering
