Woman in judiciary can play an important role to improve the judicial system towards gender issues. As the incidence of crimes against women is increasing , there is need to strengthen the judicial system by appointing more women judges to deal with issues relating to women and the family . As more and more cases of disputes within the family are arising . The purpose and aim of establishing Family Courts is to protect and preserve the institution of marriage اand to promote the welfare of children and provide for settlement of disputes by conciliation
There is need to create awareness at the grass root level regarding the judicial system and to make women aware of their legal rights . Television and radio can play a vital role in spreading legal literacy among rural and urban women
