بغض النظر عن الإجابة الصحيحة، وهي واضحة، ومنطقية كما أقرها الجميع، فإن فعل "يساعد" من الأفعال التي يتبعها المصدر سواء بـ أداة المصدر أو من غيرها، ولا يأتي بعدها الفعل بصيغة التصريف الرابع إلا إذا سُبِق بحرف جر.
Regardless of the correct answer to the question, which is by the way clear as the dear teachers have pointed, the verb "help" is either followed by to-infinitive or verb base form (=infinitive without to). So, we can say
- help someone to do ...
- help someone do ....
Otherwise for a gerund to follow 'help", the verb should be followed by the preposition 'with'. So, we say
- help someone with (doing) something ...
