It has to be admitted that teachers have long been neglected. The society has ignored the adverse conditions of teachers for such a long time. Could the crushed teacher who earns 300 pounds a month, has a family, uses means of transport and provides health care for his children, be expected to be a model for his students? How could we expect this with such a limited income?
