They aren't usually used in the passive form but we use perfect simple forms instead of them

the lesson has been being preparedand the lesson had been being prepared that is correct it is on internet

Present Perfect continuous,Past Perfect continuous,Future Perfect continuous are exceedingly rarely used in the passive so that sentences such as (They have-had been repairing the road and they will-would be repairing the road arn't normally put into passive.
معنى الكلام ده إنه ممكن ولكنه نادر إلى أبعد الحدود
