I think the Student Book + Workbook + Self-evaluation Guide (+ the revisions on the Longman Official Site) are more than enough

It just needs a bit of organization to decide on What to use, When to use it and How to use it.

What matters is your own work

The exam-setter only tried to prove to the Ministry of Education that his exam wasn`t out of the above sources
