و دا بيستخدم في التحليل الكيميائي و بيستخدم في مصانع الادوية بفصل بعض المكونات من المواد اللي بتستخدم في الادوية والله اعلم ,

اختبار antibiotic sensitivity test ودة مهم جدا في معامل التحاليل وبيستخدمه الميكروبيولوجيين في تحديد المضاد الحيوى المناسب للمريض فلما بيجى مريض الميكروبيولوجيين بيعزلو من المريض الميكرو اورجانزم المسبب للمرض سواء كان بكتريا او فطريات وبعدها الميكروب بيتعمله مزرعه وبعدها بنحط اكتر من عشر مضادات حيويه للي هما الدسكات البيضه الصغيرة البيضه دى وبعدها بنشوف اكتر مضاد حيوى بيقتل البكتريا عن طريق اننا بنقيس قطر الانهيبشن زون inhibition zone اى المنطقه الفاضيه للي حواليين المضادات الحيوى ودى بتبقي فاضيه لان المضاد الحيوى قتل البكتريا للي موجودة في المنطقه دى المهم بنقيس قطر المنطقه دى في كل نوع من انواع المضادات الحيوه ونشوف اكبر قطر سببه مضاد حيوى يبقي هو دة المضاد الحيوى المناسب للي ياخدة المريض
