There is no doubt that Nepotism is an important factor in every one's life and for community in general . As strengthening the relations between relatives has many benefits for every one and for the community such as , it has positive effect on the psychological side for human , and it leads to support and adhere social relations between members in the community . Thus , Nepotism can make our life more relax and happy and develop the relations in our community in general .
