ان الرياضة تعزز القيم الهامة للمجتمع، مثل المنافسة الشريفة والعمل الجماعي، وهناك مقولة رائعة في الرياضة هي: "لا توجد كلمة "أنا" في الفريق" وهي تعلمنا أن النجاح يتحقق عن طريق وضع الجماعة فوق المصلحة الفردية.

Translate into English:
1-It has been scientifically proved that chocolate has some health benefits for the heart.
2-Water is the origin of life, so don't spoil the environment by polluting the Nile water.
