The Spiders

A: Answer the following questions:
1. Why were the small spiders able to bite Ayman?
When the female spider jumped on Ayman, he didn't expect it so he lost his balance and fell to the ground. His suit was torn and the small spiders were able to bite him.
2. The antivenom of a certain spider doesn't work against the venom of a different spider. Explain.
As every venomous spider has a different venom.

B: Read the following quotation, then answer the questions:
"Protective clothing," "We got it from the fire department."
1-Who said these words? To whom? An officer to Ayman and Professor Jones.
2- How were the protective clothes useful for the team?
They protected them from the spiders bites

C: Complete the following sentences:

Egypt has always been known as the " Birthplace of civilization" due to its long and rich history. Currently, we are to restore our glories to catch up with the progress achieved in developed countries.

لقد عرفت مصر دائما علي أنها مهد الحضارة و يرجع ذلك إلي تاريخها الثري و العريق. و في الوقت الحالي يجب علينا أن نسترجع أمجادنا لنواكب التقدم الذي حققته البلاد المتطورة

B: Translate into English:

1- لقد أحدثت اكتشافات و اختراعات العلم تغييرات كبيرة في حياتنا.

The discoveries and inventions of science have brought about great changes in our life.

2- علينا جميعا أن نعمل بجد لزيادة الانتاج و تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي.

We all should work hard to increase production and achieve self-sufficiency.
