Dear Mr. Abu Bishou,

The source as people said mentioned the special usage for this rule but it didn`t say it is the general rule.

Personally, I depend on sources like those of L.G. Alexander and contemporary sources like all the books of Express Publishing. It is not my English to decide this or that. If I don`t find anything mentioned in these resources (up to Advanced Level and beyond), it is one of two: either it is wrong or it has a special use that should not be generalised.

This is my point.

ذكر فى A Comprehensive English Grammar الاتى
الصيغ المختصره فى النفى هى aren't you, isn't he ,etc...
and for the first person aren't I?(or a'n't I)e.g I'm right , aren't I?
وفى اسفل الصفحه كتب
In Scotland and Ireland amn't I? فما رايكم فى a'n't I?
