Events over the past two weeks in Egypt have been a lesson in the real meaning of a united nation, writes Mona Anis
"I am sure he saw days like these, and couldn't believe his eyes, just as we can't," the poet Abdel-Rahman Al-Abnoudi said about the influential author Tawfiq Al-Hakim (1898-1987), when I told him I could now understand the exact meaning of the Arabic term awdat al-ruh or "return of the spirit", used by Al-Hakim to describe the 1919 revolution in his classic novel of the same name.
Over the past two weeks, while friends of my daughter stationed in Tahrir Square kept coming to our flat to use the bathroom or to have a hot drink before they went back to the business of occupying the square, I couldn't stop thinking of 1919 revolution, and the students of 1935, who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of their country.
On Black Wednesday (2 Feb, 2011), when some two hundred young people were killed less than a kilometre away from where I live, I broke down completely and screamed at my daughter to call her friends and tell them to run to our place as they were no match for those committing this massacre.
The answer I received then was that these young people were determined to hold onto Tahrir Square, even if this was at the cost of their lives. They succeeded in standing their ground and teaching the whole nation a lesson in determination.
On Thursday morning, I went to Tahrir Square to apologise to every young man and woman I knew for having been such a coward the night before; and ever since I have been spending more and more time in Tahrir, less to sacrifice my life than revel in Egypt's spirit regained.

وقرانا ان مطالب ثوار التحرير الان هو تشكيل حكوكمة تكنوقراط لذا نوضح معناها واصلها وكيفية تكوينها اللغوى

التكنوقراطية ، كلمة اصلها يوناني كلمات τὴχνη Tecne (فني أو تقني) وκράτος Cratos (السلطة) ، وباعتبارها شكلا من أشكال الحكومة ، تعني حرفيا حكومة الفنيين.

تكنوقراطيَّة (Technocracy) حركة بدأت عام 1932 في الولايات المتحدة, وكان التكنوقراطيون يتكونون من المهندسين و المعماريين و الاقتصاديين المشتغلين بالعلوم ودعوا إلى قياس الظواهر الاجتماعية ثم استخلاص قوانين يمكن استخدامها للحكم على هذة الظواهر وإلى أن اقتصاديات النظام الاجتماعي هي من التعقيد بحيث لا يمكن أن يفهمها ويسيطر عليها رجال السياسة ويجب أن تخضع إدارة الشئون الاقتصادية للعلماء و المهندسين, وكانت هذه الدعوة نتيجة طبيعية لتقدم التكنولوجيا.

تكنوقراط: هم النخب المثقفة الأكثر علما وتخصصا في مجال المهام المنوطه بهم, وهم غالباً غير منتمين للأحزاب. والتكنوقراط كلمة مشتقة من كلمتين يونانيتين: التكنولوجيا:وتعني المعرفة أو العلم ،وقراط وهي كلمة اغريقية معناها الحكم, وبذلك يكون معنى تكنوقراط حكم الطبقة العلمية الفنية المتخصصة المثقفة.

الحكومة التكنوقراطية: هي الحكومة المتخصصة غير الحزبية التي تتجنب الانحياز لموقف أي حزب كان وتستخدم مثل هذه الحكومة في حالة الخلافات السياسية.

مثال:دكتور متخصص في العلوم السياسية يسند له منصب رئاسة الحكومة, طبيب معروف وخبير في الطب ينال وزارة الصحة, ودكتور متخصص في الاقتصاد وزارة الاقتصاد, وآخر متخصص في التكنولوجيا وزارة الاتصالات وهكذا..

في هذه الأثناء, تعهد المجلس الأعلى بحماية ثورة 25 يناير, وأكد أنه لن يسمح بما سماه محتجون ثورة مضادة من مساعدي الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك وقال المجلس إنه لاحظ استخدام تعبيرات سياسية مثل "الثورة المضادة" وشجب ما سماها محاولات إحداث فتنة, قائلا إنه يتخذ كافة الخطوات لتحقيق مطالب الشعب.وشدد بيان المجلس المنشور في صفحته على موقع فيسبوك على أنه "لا عودة للماضي، وأن الهدف الأسمى حاليا هو تحقيق أماني وطموحات هذا الشعب العظيم".

Army pledges
In the meantime, the Supreme Council has vowed to protect the revolution on January 25, and confirmed that he will not allow what he called a counter-revolution, protesters from the former aide to President Hosni Mubarak.

The council said that he had noted the use of political expressions such as "counter-revolution" and decried what he called attempts to make a trial, saying that he take all steps to achieve the demands of the people.

He stressed the Council's statement in their publication on the Facebook site that "no return to the past, and that the ultimate goal now is to achieve the aspirations and ambitions of this great people."

وطالب المتظاهرون في هذا اليوم الذي سموه "جمعة النصر" بإطلاق سراح المعتقلين السياسيين، وإنهاء حالة الطوارئ ومحاكمة رموز النظام السابق، وإطلاق حرية تكوين الأحزاب على أسس مدنية.
كما طالبوا بإقالة حكومة تصريف الأعمال -التي يترأسها أحمد شفيق، والتي كان عينها مبارك بعد أيام من اندلاع الثورة بعهده- وتشكيل حكومة انتقالية من كفاءات وطنية مستقلة.
ودعا المتظاهرون أيضا إلى التحقيق في أحداث العنف والقتل التي استهدفت المشاركين في الثورة التي اندلعت في 25 يناير/كانون الثاني الماضي، وانتهت بتخلي مبارك عن منصب رئيس الجمهورية يوم 11 فبراير وتكليفه المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة بإدارة شؤون البلاد.

وعقب صلاة الجمعة في ميدان التحرير ردد المتظاهرون هتافات تمجد ذكرى شهداء الثورة وتنادي بحياة مصر، ومن هذه الهتافات "الشعب يريد تطهير البلاد" و"الشعب يريد تكريم الشهداء".
وشارك في هذه المظاهرة مواطنون من خارج القاهرة، وممثلون عن العمال وكافة الجماعات الفئوية المصرية، حاملين لافتات تؤكد التمسك بالتغيير الشامل وتنفيذ كافة مطالب الثورة.
وشهدت عدة محافظات مصرية أخرى احتفالات مماثلة للاحتفال الذي أقيم في ميدان التحرير بالقاهرة، ورفع المتظاهرون فيها نفس المطالب التي ترددت في ميدان التحرير.
وأكد المتظاهرون أنهم سيواصلون اليقظة والضغط حتى تتحقق مطالب الثورة، مشيرين إلى أن من أهداف هذه المظاهرات تذكير قادة البلاد الحاليين بقوة الشارع التي أنهت النظام السابق.

The demands of the revolution

The demonstrators called on this day, which they called "Fri victory," the release of political prisoners, ending the state of emergency and trial of former regime, and the freedom to form political parties on the basis of civilization.


They also demanded resignation of the caretaker government - headed by Ahmad Shafiq, which was appointed by Mubarak days after the outbreak of the Revolution lie - and the formation of a transitional government of national competencies and independent.

The protesters also called for an investigation into the violence and killings targeting participants in the revolution that broke out on January 25 last, and ended up abandoned by Mubarak for the post of President of the Republic on February 11 the current mandate of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces Department of the country.

Following Friday prayers at Al-Tahrir Square demonstrators chanted slogans glorifying the memory of the martyrs of the revolution and calling for the lives of Egypt, and the chants "People want to purge this country" and "the people wanted to honor the martyrs."

Participated in the demonstration outside the Cairo citizens, and representatives of workers and all communities in Class Egyptian, carrying banners confirm adherence to the comprehensive change and implementation of all the demands of the revolution.

And saw several other Egyptian governorates similar ceremonies to celebrate, which was held in Cairo's Tahrir Square, and demonstrators raised the same demands that were repeated in the field of editing.

The demonstrators said they would continue to be vigilant and check the pressure until the demands of the revolution, noting that the objectives of these demonstrations to remind the leaders of the country's current strong street that ended the previous regime.
