بعد فتح الموقع نضغط فى نهاية الصفحة على request a ticket
ستظهر صفحة اخرى فى اخرها كلمتين بالانجليزية نكتبها فى المربع ثم نضغط continue
ستظهر صفحة ثالثة نضغط فيها على start download
