let's discuss it simply
if the speaker took the decision some time ago which means he intended or planned or even arranged to make tea, what would stop him..just all

هى am going to السبب ان جهز كل مستلزمات الشاى يعنى فية نيى ممكن الغاز ينفد قبل الذهاب للبوتجاز و الله اعلم
