The verb borrow in sentence (1), ) is mandative subjunctives. This is a construction that calls for a particular action.
Mandatives come after verbs such as advise, ask, beg, demand, desire, direct, insist, move, order, propose, recommend, request, require, stipulate, suggest, urge; after adjectives such as essential, important, necessary, vital; and after conjunctions such as in order that and on condition that.

انما سؤالي هل يعتبر ال Education مستمر بلا توقف ولا مستمر و فيه توقف ؟؟

- المظهر العام للإنسان مهم و لكنه ليس أهم شىء .
- من الصعب التنفس على ارتفاع كبير من سطح البحر و ذلك بسبب انخفاض كمية الاكسجين
