ان الرياضة تعزز القيم الهامة فى المجتمع كالمنافسة الشريفة والعمل الجماعي . وهناك مقولة رياضية رائعة هي : "لا توجد كلمة "أنا" في الفريق". كما ان الرياضة تعلمنا أن النجاح يحقق عن طريق وضع الجماعة فوق المصلحة الفردية.
