واستخدمنا حرف جر مع where فى هذة الجملة

أخي الحبيب : لكل قاعدة استثناءات وهذه حالة اسثنائية ، حرف الجر يخص المدينة كمكان للقاء وليس كمكان للعمل بدليل انك لا تستطيع ان تقول:

I predict that each student will hold laptop instead of heavy books . I think that students will take some lectures via internet and contact with their teachers via e-mail or facebook . There will be many scientific discoveries so the curriculum will be developed according to these discoveries . I expect that students can take exams at home online without going to school . Generally, I hope that schools in future especially in Egypt will be developed to the better not to the worse .
