If he came he`d help = 2nd Conditional UNREAL PRESENT

a- I think he didn`t come = 3rd Conditional Talking about the PAST
b- He probably won`t come = 1st Conditional Talking about the FUTURE

It should be
he doesn`t help because he doesn`t come. Talking about the UNREAL PRESENT
