But NORA IS USED TO EATING ALOT OF ICE CREAM NOW) is <span style="color:#FF0000">wrong as now doesn't go with present simpletense (only with certain verbs like possion, sensing , willing verb...)

أما إجابة الأخ البري فتجوز و إن اضاف كلمات و تجاهل كلمات أخرى

and i have another backing to my opinion as we can use (now )with the present simple and have this sentence master to be covinced with my point of view : Ahmed used to smoke but now he doesnt.......................

ممكن مستر هذا الحل يكون افضل :-
it was better you have gone home earlier .it is late.
لأن الجملة الأصلية زمنها ماضى و (had better) تستخدم فى المضارع

Her great (energy _ force _ energetic _ strength) as a manager is that she is very well-organized . the After the dinner party had ended , she blew (up _out _ about _ away)the candles.
Re-write :- Ramy is in Paris . He went there a week ago .(for)
It is four years since he had a car (for /He has)

ممكن مستر هذا الحل يكون افضل :-

لأن الجملة الأصلية زمنها ماضى و (had better) تستخدم فى المضارع

معذرة خانك الصواب هذه المرة و لا أعلم من قال لك أن/ 'd better / 'd rather
يأتيان فقط مع المضارع
أمري لله أشرح لك:
'd better / 'd rather
حكمهما حكم الأفعال الناقصة
أي يأتيا بعدهما المصدر و إذا أردنا أن نأتي بالماضي:
.......... + have + p.p

لا داعي للأسف على كثرة النقاش (بلاش الجدال لأنه يعني التمسك بالرأي و لو بالباطل أكثر من نقاش)
لكن الذي يجب أت تعتذر عنه هو تكرار أسئلتك في أكثر من مكان و انت فاهمني طبعا و انا أرسلت لك تحذير عشان تاخد بالك المرة الجاية.. نرجع للأسئلة:
