I think where is the best choice as it refers to a place & the school is a place

الحل الصحيح هو where لعدم وجود حرف جـــــــــر

If we answer it by sense I think it is WHICH

الاجابة اصلا ما تنفعش الا where ولو كان فيه in كانت الاجابة هتكون which

The school in which I attended has only one classroom
The school which I attended in has only one classroom
The school where I attended has only one classroom

I think is the only possible answer , as attend is like visit = have no prepositions and only used after : which

But we can also say: - The school which I attended in ........

Of course the answer is where not which
The sentence says the school .. I attended has one classroom.
so it is a place not anything else

Look at these sentences and compare

The house where I live has three rooms.
