Here is the origin of the word

Etymology: New Latin, from schiz- + -phrenia

I did not study Latin to know the pronunciation of the "schiz-" part. And as English Language is concerned here, that is the right pronunciation of the word. I would be greatful if you could tell me how to pronounce the latin part "schiz-"
