To understand the first sentence clearly, let's put it in the active form

It's amazing to see a surgeon do / doing a heart transplant operation

Now let's change it again into passive

It's amazing to see a heart transplant operation be / being done
I think that's the answer for the first sentence

as For the second sentence have you had is the answer because here we need a present perfect and have you got is not a present perfect in this context it is the same as do you have
