I had read the great booklet you have uploaded and I want to add something to the record and I am doing this in order to share an information I have and my intention is only to do so.
Regarding forming the present participle :
There is a third verb that ends with an e which we don't remove while adding the ing
this verb is verb to Be as the present participle of it is Being without removing the e
I just wanted to share this information as I have read that you mentioned that there are only two verbs ending with an e that we form their present participle without removing the e
