I think so because the relative pronoun is deleted (which ,that ).
الاجابة صحيحة لان المعنى لكى يكون ماشى مع الجملة (لو تملك راديو تقدر تسمع كل انواع الموسيقى .
حرف الجر هنا ياتى مع وسائل الاتصال و ليس مع الفعل
ممكن يكون حذف الضمير it او اسم موصول which

Where is that deleted Relative

It's, unquestionable to say, Listen to here in such a sentence

But

if the meaning goes beyond (spying on) then, matters differ…. it is listen on/ in/ onto….
