The tiger

Paraphrase:

1- the poet addresses ( speaks to ) the tiger which shines in the forest with its shining face and eyes.

2- The poet spoke about its beautiful body and the people who dream of catching this fast animal.

3-he said (wonders) who dares to approach this fierce animal.

4- At last he says that our God the creator is always pleased to see his wonderful creation .

The commentary:

1- the poem has 6 stanzas each one has 4 lines.

2-the rhyme scheme is aa –bb-cc-dd .

3-In this poem the poet gives a beautiful description of the tiger.

4- in the first 2 lines he speaks about how it looks like in the forest , then he speaks about the creature who creates this beauty .

5- he speaks about the tiger's courage and strength when it feels danger .
