Abercrombie and Fitch-[size=5] TA bill to help small businesses grow has cleared the U.S. Senate.Two republicans jumped to the other side of the aisle to help democrats push it through.It opens up credit to small businesses and offers incentives to hire new workers and expand.The bill sets up a $30 billion fund to help free up the loan money.The other republican senators have a problem with that.
