what about those :-

1- It's crowdy..we (are not going to- will not) arrive in time at all

I think it is "will" because it expresses a fact because there is no way to arrive in time and so the possibility of arriving in time is zero.

2-It ( is not going to - will not) be easy to find a docto here r


3- I am(will- going to) fail the exam because I haven't studied well
