I thimk the first answer is more common than the second answer as adverbs should go before Past Participle in the passive

ياخدوا the وامتى no article

they take "the" when they are used as a means of entertainment and they take no article when we are talking about them as inventions in general
I listened to the radio to know the latest news.
Television is a very useful invention
