How to make myself more employable

In fact, we all need to have a job to earn enough money to buy our needs and to have a role in life generally. I know for sure that employers choose the people who work for them. That's why I know that I must keep myself employable. How can I do this? First, I do courses in different fields like computers and languages. Secondly, I preserve my appointments and never be late for work or a meeting. Thirdly, I make the best use of my free time so that it can help me renew my energy and ******* my mind after long hours of work. To sum up, there's a rule that I always keep in mind "Love what you do, to do what you love".
