بص يا باشا عموما فى المقارنه بين اثنين يمكن استحدام the .....er
مثل:the taller of the two boys/ the shorter...etc و لكن مع افراد الاسره الواحده نستخدم the elder فى القارنه و the eldest فى التفضيل مثل the elder of the two brothers the eldest of the three brothers My elder brother is adoctor my eldest brother is a doctor وعلى فكره يمكن استحدام older ,oldest فى الامثله السابقه فى عدم وجود elder , eldest |
