الجهاز اسمه
HPLc وهو نوع من انواع اجهزة الفصل الكرموتوجراف التى يستخدمها الكميائيين في فصل المركبات الجهاز دة تعمد عليه مصانع كتيرة جدا وخصوصا مصانع الادويه فكرة جهاز الكرموتوجراف تكمن ان الجهاز دة بيتحط فيه تلات محاليل اول محلول للي هو المحلول للي عايز افصله وليكن المحلول دة فيه( بروتين وكربوهيدرات ) ودول للي عايز افصلهم تانى محلول وهو ما يسمى بالاستاشنري فيس stationary phase وهو محلول او مركب بيقي ثانب مش بيتحرك تالت محلول هو الموبيل فيس mobile phase للي هو المذيب solvent الفكرة المحلول للي عايز افصله للي هو الاول هيتثبت علي المحلول التانى للي هو الاستاشنري فيس طبعا هيرتبطو ببعض طبعا المحلو للي عايز افصله فيه مواد ولتكون بروتين وكربوهيدرات وطبعا قوة ارتباط البروتين مع الاستشانري فيس هتختلف عن قوة ارتباط الكربوهيدرات مع الاستاشنري فيس فهنلاقي واحد منهم مرتبط اقوى من التانى بعد كدة بيمرر المحلول التالت وهو الموبيل فيس او المذيب والمحلول دة بيتحرك من فوق لتحت وبالتالي المادة للي مرتبط بقوة ضعيفه مع الاستاشنري فيس ولتكن البروتين هيقوم ياخدها وينزل للجهاز تحت وتنفصل لبروتين الاول ووبعدها بتتجمع لوحدها وبعدها بشويه يجى المادة للي مرتبطة بقوة مع الاستاشنري فيس ولتكن الكربوهيدرات فتنفصل الكربوهيدات وبعدها بتتجمع لوحدها
