Here at Aspinline we are very proud of our online shop. You have the ability to order all of our products with complete custom options in just a few clicks. To start, select a category or a sub category, select a product, have a look over the information provided and you can then start to go through the 'Steps' to see how much an item will cost. Then if you are ready to go ahead, add your item to your shopping bag and if that's all you need just simply checkout. We think its quite annoying when companies hide their pricing. Thats why our prices are always available and very accessible, for example - on each product page we have an updating price summary box that gives you the total cost of your order, including VAT. If you require a price for products that might be a little too complex for our online ordering system, then please complete an enquiry form or give us a call on 0117 9566657, we are always happy to help. Once you have completed your online order a few things will happen. 1. You will receive an email confirming your order and successful payment. 2. We may contact you to discuss your requirements. 3. We will email you an invoice confirming the details of your order. 4. We will send you an artwork proof of your product (usually in a PDF format). If it’s not quite right let us know and we will correct it until you are happy. 5. When you are happy with the artwork, send us an email approving the proof. 6. We will then send your product into production, provide you with an estimated delivery date and keep you updated throughout the process. 7.
