sure u r right i remember once there was two choices
has rained - has been raining
they were both right
i regain to argue with the inspector to make both answers right but he refused just he didn't want any problems
i try hard to persuade the teacher to give the mark to any of these answers but he refused
after two days the order came to but the mark for has rained or has been raining
what can we say
