ofcourse there's no hope in your case

mainly your GPA ain't allowing to you for joinin Tegara Entezam

so how could you join Tegara eng. and your GPA is not exceed the minimum requirements for joing Tegara entezam

all what i can say is that you can join Entesab. But Entezam i don't think so

cuz the last year Entezam was requiring (352.5) in the total GPA
