Could you explain this sentence in detail? It's hot in here. Why don't we say It's hot here. Is there a difference?

In the first sentence, here is a noun (meaning "the present place or juncture"), not an adverb. You say It's hot in here if you're talking about an enclosed place such as a room, tent, or building. In the second sentence, here is an adverb (meaning "at this point or in this location"). You say It's hot here if you're talking about an open place such as a garden, city, or country.
